You can delete your Calzone account and everything in it yourself, from inside the app, in about ten seconds. This page exists so you can find out how without installing anything, and so you have a route if you can no longer sign in.
Deleting it from the app
- Open Calzone and go to Settings.
- Tap Privacy.
- Tap Delete my account at the bottom and confirm.
The deletion runs immediately. There is no waiting period and no reactivation window.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity.
- Your profile: sex, age, height, weight, activity level and goals.
- Every food log, daily score, saved restaurant, meal plan and custom product tied to your account.
- The link between you and any product you published to the shared catalogue.
What stays, and why
- Products in the shared catalogue remain available to other users, without any connection to you, because their food logs point at those entries. The entries hold nutrition data, not personal data.
- Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and your rows disappear from them within 30 days.
- Purchase and tax records held by Apple, Google or us are kept for as long as tax law requires, which in Poland is five years from the end of the accounting year. We cannot delete those and neither can you.
Your subscription is separate
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription, because Apple and Google own that relationship, not us. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings before or after deleting, otherwise it keeps renewing.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@calzone.fit from the address you signed up with and ask for deletion. We will confirm it is you, delete the account, and write back when it is done, within 30 days and usually the same week.
